A-Level Automotive Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated A-Level Automotive Technician with current ASE Certifications and advanced diagnostic capabilities. This position is ideal for a top-performing professional who is passionate about solving complex mechanical and electronic issues across a variety of vehicle makes and models. You will be responsible for high-level diagnostics, repairs, and mentoring other technicians as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented shop environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
🔧 Advanced Diagnostics & Troubleshooting

Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations using advanced scan tools.

Interpret trouble codes, pinpoint root causes of mechanical and electrical faults.

Diagnose check engine lights, drivability concerns, emissions system faults, HVAC performance issues, ABS/traction control systems, and more.

Conduct multi-point inspections to assess overall vehicle condition and identify needed repairs beyond customer concerns.
🛠️ Expert-Level Repairs & Services

Execute complex repairs including but not limited to:
-
Engine performance issues and repairs
-
Transmission and drivetrain diagnostics
-
Steering and suspension system servicing
-
Brake system diagnostics and repairs (including ABS/EBS)
-
Electronic system calibration and component replacement
-

Perform advanced system resets, reprogramming, and module replacements following repair.
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Prefer ASE Master Certification or multiple current ASE certifications (A1–A8 strongly preferred)
-
Minimum 5+ years professional experience in automotive service and repair
-
Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex issues independently
-
Experience with both domestic and foreign vehicles, including late-model systems
-
Familiarity with electric and hybrid drivetrains is a plus
-
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Tools & Equipment Experience:

OEM diagnostic platforms

Third-party tools
-
Digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, pressure transducers, and thermal cameras

B-Level Automotive Technician
We are hiring a dependable and skilled B-Level Automotive Technician who brings strong mechanical ability and a commitment to learning advanced diagnostics. This is an ideal role for a technician who is already comfortable with a wide range of service and repair tasks and is ready to grow their diagnostic capabilities under the mentorship of A-Level and Master Technicians. You’ll be expected to perform accurate repairs, assist in diagnostics, and uphold high standards of quality and efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:
🧰 Repair & Service

Perform intermediate to advanced repairs across multiple vehicle systems, including:
-
Brake systems (pads, rotors, calipers, hydraulics)
-
Suspension and steering components
-
Heating and cooling systems (radiators, thermostats, basic HVAC)
-
Engine maintenance (belts, pulleys, gaskets, timing components)
-
Battery and charging systems
-
-
Conduct standard services and inspections: oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, fluid exchanges, and tune-ups.
🔎 Diagnostics Support
-
Assist with basic-to-intermediate diagnostics using scan tools and manufacturer-provided data.

Identify and isolate issues related to drivability, electrical components, or sensor faults.
-
Collaborate with A-Level Technicians to escalate and resolve advanced diagnostic concerns.
📋 Work Process & Communication

Complete accurate work orders with notes on services performed and parts used.

Report diagnostic findings and recommendations to service writers and supervisors.

Maintain accountability for parts use, tool care, and time management.

Preferred Qualifications:

2–5 years experience in a professional auto repair setting

1–3 current ASE certifications (or strong intent to pursue)

Familiarity with diagnostics and scan tools

Ability to work independently on most mechanical jobs

Valid driver’s license with clean driving history
-
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
